Sea Containers

With shipping containers now being used for a variety of applications ranging from accommodation to housing heat-sensitive communications equipment the need for temperature control is becoming increasingly important. Painting with a heat reflective coating is far more efficient than insulating a container because in addition to keeping the temperature low during the day it allows any heat generated internally to escape at night.

For heavy metal substrates such as this QD Solacoat CS Primer is recommended with cream QD Solacoat CS topcoat.
